Hall Rental

General Information:

Hall Capacity:  125 seated guests

Parking lot Capacity: 50 vehicles (offsite parking available)

Hall Size: 40ft x 70ft

Seating: up to 8 people per table
8′ Oblong tables
5′ Round tables

Security Deposit:  Standard security deposit of $400 is due at contract signing to reserve the date of the event. We accept Checks, Money Orders, or Cash only. We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards as payment.

Liquor License: The liquor license is needed 10 days prior to your event.

Rental Fee:

Rates are based on party type & size

Rental fee includes:

Use of the hall

2 hours for set up
4 hours for your event
1 hour for clean up
Floor set up with tables and chairs
Use of kitchen facility (includes Ice Machine)

Additional Information

We do not provide any of the following:

Cookware or kitchen supplies, plates, napkins or utensils, table linens or covers, cups, glassware, or drinks of any kind Renters are responsible for removal of items they bring in and cleaning the kitchen if used A dumpster is provided behind the building for all trash Cleaning supplies for the kitchen are provided Hall staff will set up and take down all tables and chairs, & clean the hall after the event
  • A one-day liquor license is required for all events involving alcohol – A valid license must be provided 48 hours prior to the event
  • YOU MUST OBTAIN THE LIQUOR LICENSE AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
  • The liquor license must be a valid license issued by Anne Arundel County

  • Holiday bookings are an additional $500 to the rental fee
  • We only accept checks, Money Orders, or Cash.
